The LuckyBits chain will have an unlimited supply, but inflation is carefully controlled. It will take approximately 5 months to reach the base block reward of 1 token per block. After reaching the base reward, the reward will remain fixed for the lifetime of the chain.
Reaching a supply of 100 million tokens will take approximately 13 - 15 years. Only 73% of blocks will provide a full reward; 27% will yield a reduced reward of 0.5x or less. This gradual increase in supply ensures a slow and controlled inflation rate.
Similar to Binance’s BNB burn, LuckyBits may burn a portion of tokens periodically. The burn may come from revenues generated by products launched in Phase 2 (e.g., decentralized games and services).
An additional 10% house fee (similar to a casino fee) will be added to the total block reward. For example, if a block reward is 5 coins, the miner will receive 5 coins, and an additional 0.5 coins (10%) will be sent to the house for project development and improvements.
